How to check your data

You can check your data using the check your performance measures data service from Monday 15 June to 5pm on Friday 26 June 2026.

This is the only chance for you to check that we have assigned the right KS4 pupils to your school to calculate the provisional performance measures.

We recommend you sign in to the service and check your data as soon as you can, in case you need any additional support.

Steps you need to take

Here are the steps you need to take when reviewing your data:

  1. Familiarise yourself with this guidance, including what evidence you need to provide when requesting to remove a pupil.
  2. Sign in to the service and download your school’s CSV file(s) and check we have listed the correct pupils at the end of KS4.
  3. Use the service to request any changes to incorrect data such as add, include or remove a pupil (this is important to ensure the accuracy of the data we publish in October 2026 and revised data published in early 2027).
  4. More than 1 user can request amendments and edit them during the two week checking window.
