Request to include a pupil

Check your school’s pupil non-included CSV file using the CYPMD service. If you find a pupil who should be included in your performance measures data, you must submit a request to include a pupil using the service.

You do not have to provide evidence or additional information. You can add optional information or evidence to support your request if you want.

You cannot ask to include a pupil whose year group has been changed to year 12. This is because a pupil cannot appear twice in published performance measures data.
